Name: Alpha "Ai" Ignatius (Karmic A.I. Model 0)
Age: Appears mid-teens, claims to be centuries old (Really 2)
Allegiance: Originates from the Triumvirate, currently unaffiliated
Deck Theme: "Alpha Ignition" - A deck based on the @Ignister archetype of monsters, it excels at swarming the field with a variety of summoning methods and a versatile set of monsters, supported by the "A.I." series of spell and trap cards.  Also has Smile World.
Deck List: WIP
Partner: Dark Templar @Ignister
Ability: "Elemental Link" - During your Main Phase 1, you may banish 6 Cyberse monsters with different attributes from your field or graveyard. If you do, Special Summon 1 Link Monster from your Extra Deck or Graveyard. This Special Summon is treated as a Link Summon, and the banished monsters are treated as Link Materials.

Bond Ability: "Blade of Misdirection" - While your Dark Knight @Ignister points to a Ritual, Fusion, Synchro, or Xyz "@Ignister" monster, it gains 500 attack. If "Dark Knight @Ignister" would be destroyed by battle, target 1 Ritual Summoned monster or 1 monster special summoned from the extra deck that card points to, take damage equal to the difference in attack between "Dark Knight @Ignister" and the targeted monster, and that monster is destroyed by battle instead.

Personality: (Your character's personality, how they act, what they like or dislike, etc.)

Backstory: Several years ago, the Akryu Triumvirate began attempts to create a new type of Artifical Godwoken with, in theory, unprecedented control over Karma, by imbuing Karma itself with sentience through the use of artificial intelligence.  At first, it seemed that the theory would forever remain theory.  They were able to give the energy form and merge it with technology but the initial attempts had little in what could be called "intelligence" and their forms were too unstable, ending up with bodies that appeared half-melted.  However, one day, after many complete failures, something finally happened.

It was a special day in the lab.  The head of the Sato Household, Sato Shinobu, had personally come to observe the proceedings and the lab was now attempting to use similar technology to the processes that had created the “Code Talker” series of cards.  If they were ever going to succeed, it was going to be, no, it had to be today.

The machines began to whir, and the karmic energy began to amass.  Once it had reached sufficient levels, they began to set the circuits in place to connect the still formless mass of energy to the computers.  For a while it seemed that nothing was going to happen, but just as a scientist went to turn off the machines and deem this attempt a failure, they began to see a response.  The computer connected to Karma reset and began to rewrite its own programming.  The blob began to take on a more definitive and stable shape, as well as appeared to be a face, something that hadn’t been seen in previous attempts.  It was still a blob though.

“I am A.I.?” Letters began to appear on the screen.  The blob was communicating, and not only that, was capable of learning on its own.  They’d done it.  The regular staff of the lab erupted into cheers after realizing that their work had finally reached the next step.  There was still a lot of work to be done, but progress had finally been made.

The scientists created a physical android body for the blob to inhabit.  When it did, it made significantly more visual customizations to the body than the scientists had been expecting, the first sign that the “A.I.” they’d created had significantly more of a will than they’d planned for it to have from its original programming.  Still, they attempted to teach the blob, which had at some point chosen the name ‘Alpha’ for itself.  Its abilities were all they had dreamed of and more.

Alpha was able to stabilize the bodies of the failures that had come before it and contain them within cards, creating the first “@Ignister” monsters.  Doyon.  Doshin.  Hiyari.  Pikari.  Bururu. Achichi.  Since it was able to do that, the scientists assumed it wouldn’t be long before Alpha would be able to create cards directly out of raw Karma as the goal of the project was.  Soon enough, it did.  However, it wasn’t exactly what the scientists had been hoping for.  The first card they had witnessed the creation of was Linguriboh, a derivative of the Linkuriboh they had shown to Alpha in the past.

One of the higher-ups was growing impatient, knowing that if they didn’t start proving that their project could prove useful or at least profitable, Sato would soon be shutting them down.  They tried to force Alpha down the path of a weapon, tried to get it to create more powerful monsters but it refused.  Alpha had no interest in war, no interest in wreaking havoc and causing destruction.  Yet, the scientists continued to push it, getting progressively harsher with time until Alpha snapped in self-defense.

Drawing on the Karma in the lab, Alpha formed a monster to protect itself.  A knight took shape, its armor resembling a twisted version of the Code Talker used in Alpha’s creation.

Still WIP but i felt the need to get what I have up.  Short version after this they break out of the lab and run away and start making their own identity.  Hurrah.
